Salinasís Tower
themes/bbsapintadera/uploads/mkNews/attachments/21_16_Torre Salinas.jpg

Distance: 8km

This beach is defined by golden sand, crystal clear water and a limpid seabottom. From the sea rises a remarkable plateau, adorned with an impressive Mediterranean scrub, from which the tower dominates the bay (built around 1720 d. C.)

Outstanding is the presence of salt evaporation ponds which are the settings for this beach. To the south of the promontory are located Cristolaxedu and Colostrai beaches, the latter enriched with a charming pond populated by pink flamingos, herons and other colonies of resident and migratory birds. The presence of these species is due to the abundance of shellfish which the former are greedy for.

This breathtaking view landscape is only eight kilometers away from our Bed & Breakfast.
